We’re Spicing Things Up – Join Us as Sales Manager –  West Region

As global leaders in green pepper and flavor-enhancing ingredients, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager – West Region who can drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and elevate our signature offerings – Green Pepper and Flavor Enhancing Ingredients – across key markets in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and neighboring regions.

What You’ll Be Cooking Up

Your role will be part strategist, part relationship-builder, and full-on flavor champion.

• Lead sales for our Green Pepper, Flavor Enhancing Ingredients, and specialty by-products
• Craft and execute smart sales strategies that hit revenue & margin targets
• Build lasting relationships with our B2B clients across India and beyond
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor moves, and customer cravings
• Coordinate with production, NPD, QA, and logistics to deliver perfectly seasoned solutions
• Use tools like SAP and CRM systems to track leads, pipeline, and reports
• Collaborate with marketing to bring our flavor stories to life

Who We’re Looking For

A go-getter with a hunger for results and a flair for flavor. You’ve got:

• A postgrad degree in Sales & Marketing
• A background in Food Ingredients, Spices, or Seasonings is a BIG plus
• 8–10 years of B2B sales experience (if you’re awesome and slightly short, still apply!)
• Ninja skills in negotiation, communication & multi-tasking
• Confidence to speak the language of R&D, Procurement, and Chefs alike Bonus Ingredients (Not Mandatory, But We Love to See It!)
• Knowledge of Indian & International spice markets
• Experience in managing channel partners
• Understanding of food safety/regulatory frameworks like FSSAI, BRC, HACCP
