Allergen-friendly option. Pale cream color with slightly sweet undertones balancing the savory base. Gluten free. Ideal for products targeting celiac consumers or those avoiding the "big 8" allergens. Protein: 42-48%.

CleanSavour™ HVP - Mixed Protein

Proprietary blend combining soy and corn in optimized ratios. More complex umami character—rounder, fuller, with better persistence on the palate than single-source variants. This is our premium offering for high-end applications. Protein: 48-54%.

Not quite. CleanSavour™ has milder flavor intensity, so if you swap 1:1, you’ll notice reduced umami punch. Typical replacement ratio: 1.2-1.5 parts CleanSavour™ for every 1 part standard HVP. The exact ratio depends on your product. Cream soups might be fine at 1.2x, while darker gravies might need 1.5x. We recommend bench trials. Request samples, and our technical team can guide on dosage adjustments based on your application. The sodium reduction also affects salt balance, so you may need to fine-tune added salt.
